HIC Kitchen's Chef-Grade Cooking Twine trusses poultry, forms roasts, and ties sausages. Quickly prepare stuffed chicken or holiday turkey, crown roast, Italian braciole, bacon-wrapped filets, form sausages and roasts, and secure meat to be cured and smoked for presentation on charcuterie boards.

This chef-grade twine securely ties off casings and fastens rolled meat before the curing, smoking,and preserving process. Confidently brine chicken without them falling apart, form and hang sausages, turkey breasts, kielbasa, wursts, salamis, pepperoni, and mozzarella, and more before they're cured or smoked.

Use the twine around the house, garage, yard, office, or for crafts, anchoring plants, drying flowers and herbs, securing packages, newspaper bundles, tarps, and other chores. Made from natural, unbleached 16-ply chef-grade cotton, HIC Kitchen's Chef-Grade Cooking Twine is microwave and oven safe (to 350-degrees Fahrenheit), biodegradable, and single use and disposable for easy cleanup.
