The Night Before the Hunt
There are a few weekends each year when Easton feels especially like Easton. Waterfowl Festival weekend is one of them.
The town fills with friends and visitors, the galleries and shops are buzzing, and everywhere you look there’s a celebration of the birds, woodlands, waterways and traditions that make the Eastern Shore such a special place to call home.
So, naturally, we’re having a party.
Join us at Welcome Home Easton on Thursday, November 12 from 4–8 PM for The Night Before the Hunt, our annual kickoff to Waterfowl Festival weekend.
This year, we’re celebrating with our friends from Garnier-Thiebaut, the French textile house whose beautiful woodland-inspired linens feel particularly at home on the Eastern Shore.
We’ll set a special woodland table inspired by the season—layered with rich fall color, natural textures and a few of the ducks, stags and forest details we can never resist.
There will be sips and noshes, plenty of beautiful things to see, and a shop full of friends celebrating one of our favorite weekends of the year.
No tickets. No fuss. Just come have a drink, see the table, say hello and help us toast to fall on the Eastern Shore.
