Choose up to two main dishes. Enter how many guests will eat each one. The total should equal your guest count.

Wine estimates assume 90% of guests drink wine, with 6-ounce pours: 2.5 glasses per wine drinker for a 2–3-hour event, or 3 glasses for a 4+ hour event. These are shopping estimates, not safe-driving limits. Arrange designated drivers or rides.
Dietary Preferences & Allergies

Quantities are approximate entertaining estimates. Cooking yields, recipes, package sizes, and appetites vary. Confirm bone-in meat sizes with your butcher. Check ingredient labels, confirm allergies, and follow safe food-handling guidance.
