Founded by Bernard Berrilley, La Trinquelinette has been delighting lovers of quality jams since 1982. Céline Dubreuil has been established in the Morvan for more than 15 years and she took over the company in 2018 with Bernard's experience and know-how. Céline also develops new recipes. It is at the gates of the Morvan natural park, in the heart of the rolling hills that La Trinquelinette has set up its workshop.
La Trinquelinette artisanal compotes have the good taste of fruit and an excellent fragrance. The fruits are rigorously selected and sorted upon arrival at the store which then requires rigorous preparation and a lot of manual work.
