White Tea is one of the first teas harvested given it comes from young shoots and dried buds. Our Pai Mu Dan Tea - which means white peony - is associated with Sencha Green Tea for a subtle yet fragrant blend and is paired with the bergamot. Fruity and tangy, we also added rose and cornflower for light floral notes.
